The relaxation (note 3 in Table 4) will be removed, and replaced by the new ISN specifications now proposed by CISPR/G,
see attachment. This is CISPR/G/207/CDV with voting 15. May 2001. As seen, the "knee"-frequency has been moved to 5 MHz from 1,5 MHz. This will automatically introduce a relaxation at high frequency.
Because of this, I think it is very appropriate to use the relaxation when using ISN according to CISPR 22:1997 for all types of LAN traffic. After all, the relaxation is only needed when high speed traffic floats? But make a note in the test report
that it has been used.
